When filing for bankruptcy, you are going to have to have an attorney… You can try going to your local circuit courthouse, becuase they usually have a person whom you can talk to about pro se cases on legal matters.
Yes, filing for bankruptcy costs an arm and a leg, but the payments are made according to your Monthly Distributable Income (Net Income - Monthly Expenses). They calculate an average monthly income for you and your spouse if applicable and estimate the amount you spend on monthly expenses (such as rent/mortgage, car payments, food, car maintenance, alimony/child support, clothes..every possible expense that you have). Then the remaining will be paid every month for about five years to pay off your creditors. The only fees the attorney takes are the inital fees (attorney fees and filing fees goes to the court). My best reccommendation is to seek a free consulation or make a phone call to an attorney and see what they can do to help you. Every situation is different and almost everyone can be helped. Good luck.
LMAO!!! Why would anyone do it for free. They want the money up front because you have a bad bad track record already!!! Good Luck…Check with the bank of Mom and Dad…they might foot the bill.
