Hey everyone, I was reviewing some of the comments and I thought I would lay out a few things. First, the fellows, regardless of race, were caught receiving weed via the Postal Service. The Postal Service is a FEDERAL INSTALLATION and doesn’t follow State Laws. So, yes…regardless of first offenders…they have a problem.
