Justice Yelim Bogoro, the Chairman of the Bauchi State Environmental Offences Tribunal on Monday ordered the arrest of a police officer, Mr. Emmanuel Haruna, for contempt. Bogoro gave the order at the sitting of the court in Bauchi on Monday after the defendant failed to appear before it.
